The Rotorua Model Railway Club meets every Wednesday from 7.00pm at their clubrooms at Pererika St. They have an excellent selection of layouts including Hornby Dublo, USA HO, and English N as well as Thomas the Tank. There is a great selection of magazines, books and videos in their library that is available to members. Prospective members are most welcome to come and see what they have to offer. The Rotorua Model Railway Club hosts an Exhibition in Rotorua Sept/Oct each year which involved clubs and trade stands from all over New Zealand. This features a large Hornby Tinplate display as well as Dinky Toys and Meccano. They also open their clubrooms to the public two or three times during the year.
